Strategy and change management
We define the operating model, prioritise initiatives by impact and feasibility, and prepare the organisation so the change holds once we are gone.

Process automation
Deterministic flows that capture, classify, notify and follow up without depending on anyone remembering. Everything is traced.

AI agents
When a task requires understanding free text, summarising or drafting. With explicit limits and a person validating whatever reaches the customer.

AI training
Practical training by role, working with the company’s real processes. A system nobody understands goes unused.

Automation or agent
They are not the same thing and the choice is not a matter of fashion. It is probably the technical decision that saves or wastes the most money in an AI project.
Deterministic flow
Preferable whenever the work can be described with rules. It is cheaper, faster, does not fail in unpredictable ways and can be audited end to end. Most of what consumes time in a small business belongs here, even if it is not what makes headlines.
AI agent
Makes sense when the task calls for judgement over language and a fixed rule would not reach. In exchange it has to be bounded, supervised and measured, because an agent without limits is an operational risk before it is an advantage.
In practice, almost every system we build combines the two: the agent interprets and the deterministic flow executes. What we do not do is put an agent where a rule would have been enough.
We start by understanding what you do
The AI operations review goes through how your processes work today and which tools you use, and ends with a concrete recommendation on where to start. Half an hour. No commitment.
