2. Purpose

This site provides information about Bestrateo’s consultancy services and offers calculation tools and contact forms. Browsing it makes you a user and means you accept these terms.

None of the tools on this site constitutes professional advice. The calculators return estimates based on the figures each visitor enters, with the calculation method on display so it can be checked. An investment decision should not be made on them alone.

3. Terms of use

You may use this site freely to inform yourself, calculate and get in touch. What is not permitted:

• Using the forms to send unsolicited commercial content, or third-party data without their consent.
• Attempting to reach restricted areas, alter how the site works or interfere with its security.
• Extracting the content systematically and automatically in order to reuse or resell it.
• Impersonating Bestrateo or anyone else.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site is our own: the texts, the brand, the logo, the illustrations, the design, the structure and the calculators’ underlying model. It is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

You may quote extracts citing the source and linking to the original page, which is normal and welcome. What requires written permission is reproducing whole contents, adapting them or using them commercially.

The calculation method is published precisely so that it can be reviewed and challenged. Publishing it does not make it free material for commercial reuse.

5. Liability

Content is reviewed carefully, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or that it will remain accurate indefinitely. If you find something wrong, write to hello@bestrateo.com and we will correct it.

We are not liable for the use anyone makes of the calculators’ estimates or for decisions taken on the basis of them.

This site may link to third-party sites. Those links exist to make useful information easier to reach, and do not imply that we endorse or control their content. Responsibility lies with whoever runs them.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, technical incidents or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability nor accept liability for losses an interruption may cause.

7. Personal data and cookies

How personal data is processed is set out in the privacy policy, and the cookies the site uses in the cookie policy. Both form part of this legal notice.

8. Applicable law

Services provided by Maria Suárez Gallego as a Spanish sole trader are governed by Spanish law, and for any dispute the competent courts are those of the user’s domicile where the user is acting as a consumer.

Services provided by Bestrateo Limited are governed by the terms of the relevant contract. Where this notice and a signed services contract differ, the contract prevails.
